I’ve been with MSB for 22 years and have been extremely satisfied with the bank, service, and employees! With my previous banks, they simply behaved like a business without showing care for customers; not so with MSB! They are thorough, taking time to learn each customer’s name and needs. I had a paid enrollment in a credit tracking program that was a useless waste of money! I had two very serious attempts to steal money from my accounts. The credit tracking company never caught the 1st one and notified me about the 2nd one a full TWO WEEKS after MSB notified me. MSB called me about BOTH problems within hours of the attempts and worked diligently to sort out the problems so I didn’t lose any money. I cannot say enough about how wonderful I think MSB is! You will not be disappointed!

I can’t believe that anyone would give them more than one star. I called today to say that my mobile app was no longer accessible. The female told me to delete the app, reinstall it. I did that even shut down my phone opened it up again, and I’m still experiencing the same. I have tried calling at least 10 times no one picks up. I think my resort is just pulling out everything out of the two accounts and just banking somewhere else I am so disappointed.

I love MSB! However, we live more south and its a hike to get to a branch location. Ive gone through 4 debit cards and the 4th still doesn't work to take money out so i gave up trying. There alot of issues with the app when. I use it. The plus’s are i get $10 a month to have their account + all charges refunded. Also there is no monthly charge. These are the reasons I keep the account.
Interface update is horrible

Everything about this new interface is pure garbage, takes to long to load anything and everything that the old interface had was moved or renamed or had been changed in some way that makes this new interface to cumbersome to use. Not to mention that since this update it will randomly force logout my phone forcing me to input my password even if it hasn’t passed the time to require a password prompt.I don’t understand what the team behind the online web app and mobile app were thinking when developing this change, it doesn’t seem like they thought about the users before starting development.
