Fititis
A condition worth catching

Sessions that read your morning. Meals from a photograph. A day you can share with the people who keep you honest.
Fititis keeps your training, your food and your daily habits in one place.
TRAINING THAT FITS THE DAY
Sessions are built for the equipment your gym actually has and the things you need to work around. Tell it what you have and what hurts, and it programmes around both.
Not at the gym? Re-cast the day as a home workout in one tap — full body, bodyweight and whatever you keep in a room, and it never needs a gym to be available.
If you wear an Apple Watch or a Whoop, it reads your morning — resting heart rate and heart-rate variability against your own baseline, how long you slept, and how many days in a row you have trained — and eases the session when those agree. It only ever eases. Nothing cancels your session or makes it harder than planned, and whenever it changes something it tells you exactly what and why.
FOOD, FROM A PHOTOGRAPH
Photograph a meal and get calories and macros back. Add a note for anything the picture cannot show. Set a calorie target and the day's total reads green, amber, then red as you go. Log something you have eaten before in one tap, on any day, including one you forgot.
FRIENDS
Share your day with people you choose. You each see the other's calories, steps, meals, goals and whether you trained — never your meal names or your weight. Meal photographs are a second switch, off unless you turn it on: shared copies are kept for 30 days and then deleted. Sharing is off until you turn it on, always mutual, and either of you can stop it.
HABITS
Track whatever you want to do daily, with reminders that escalate only when you ignore them. Today's totals sit on your Home Screen and Lock Screen.
APPLE HEALTH
Steps, active energy, exercise minutes, sleep, resting heart rate and heart-rate variability are read from Apple Health, and every session you finish is written back to it. Setup shows you the full list before Apple asks for permission, and you can connect or disconnect at any time in Profile › Connections.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
No advertising. No tracking across apps. No third-party analytics. Meal photographs sent for analysis are read and discarded, never stored. The only photographs kept on a server are the ones you deliberately share with a friend, and those are deleted after 30 days. You can delete your account, and everything the server holds, from inside the app.

HOME WORKOUTS
Open the dropdown at the top of the Exercise tab and re-cast today as a home session — full body, no gym at all. It needs nothing but bodyweight and whatever you keep in a room, so it is offered even when your gym has nothing. Across a week it rotates squat and push, hinge and pull, a circuit, conditioning and mobility.
FRIENDS SEE YOUR DAY AS IT HAPPENS
Logging a meal used to update your widget, your watch and your Live Activity — and tell your friends nothing until you next opened the Friends tab yourself. Meals, calories, goals and finished sessions now reach them as you log them.
