Fitness Logbook is a simple yet powerful app for logging workouts and tracking progress. The app is free of charge, it doesn't contain ads, and no registration is needed. All the data are stored on your device only. Backups are stored in iCloud if you will not prohibit this. If you allow, the app can integrate with Apple Health.

With this app, you can:
- Record workouts
- Create and share workout routines
- Track progress with indicators, like 1RM, total weight lifted, pace, etc.
- Create your exercises, if no suitable found in the database
- Record nutrition and supplements intake, body measurements, and sleep
- Export data as CSV

Great workout logbook

I highly recommend this app!! I have tried other forms of a log book but this one is the best for me. I like something simple and easy to use. I simply have to start a workout, select what I am doing, do my workout and record my weights or time. I love that I can also put in my own exercises if the app doesn’t have them.

Tracking your workouts and reflecting back to adjust/improve things is invaluable. This app makes it so convenient and easy to keep track of all variables. Love it.

Neat and clean app

Neat and clean app, but light on features. I recommend to add many more exercises to the library - there are a few common ones that are missing - for example running. Create a web app so routines can be managed from the web more easily. Make the timer optional - this is handy when I want to do some exercises throughout the day and don’t want to start a new workout every time.

Hi Petr, thanks for choosing our app and for the feedback! In terms of features, IMHO, the app is pretty useful. Agreed, it is clean and neat - but at the same time, it fully covers the needs of most users. 0. The library contains the most commonly used exercises. If there is no specific exercise - you can create your own. For instance, "Running" - if "Treadmill" doesn't suit you (or you can rename "Treadmill" to "Running"). 1. The web app is in development. It will be an app for trainers, which implies a quick and convenient building of training plans and routines. 2. You can create a workout and "finish" it, and then add exercises as you complete them. But the usual scenario is when you go to the gym, lift weights (maybe do some cardio) and then finish the workout. -Alex
