The Fixalert application is part of a complete solution for facility and complaint management companies to manage their work and tasks related to facility management efficiently. This app will enable you to use the Fixalert solution, which contains a web-based complaint reporting module, QR code, and custom-tailored survey. To make use of the application, you need to configure your organization first, and to do so, please get in touch with Fixalert support.

How Fixalert works:
1- Contact the Fixalert team to get started.
2- We'll provide you with QR codes to install at designated locations in your facility.
3- Anyone who encounters a problem can scan the QR code to report it.
4- You'll receive notifications and be able to view reported issues on the app.
5- Use the app to track progress and resolve the issue.
6- If the reporter provides their phone number, they'll receive a notification via SMS when the issue is fixed.

Fixalert is designed to streamline reporting and managing maintenance and repair requests and improve communication between residents or users, facility management, and personnel.

• Never forget a complaint: With Fixalert, all complaints are reported and tracked electronically, so there is no risk of a request getting lost or forgotten.
• No need to type out or explain complaints: Users can simply scan a QR code or fill out a questionnaire to report an issue, so there is no need to type out or explain the problem in detail.
• No need to type out or explain the location of a complaint: By using QR codes, the location of the issue is automatically recorded when the code is scanned.
• Multi-location support: Fixalert can be used in multiple locations, which is suitable for facilities with multiple buildings or sites.
• Multi-language support: Fixalert supports multiple languages, making it suitable for diverse communities.
• Document all complaints: All complaints are recorded electronically, providing a complete record of issues and their resolution.
• Get things done faster: By streamlining the reporting process and tracking maintenance and repair requests, Fixalert can help resolve issues more quickly.
• Save communication with co-workers and admins: Using Fixalert, workers and administrators can track and manage requests more efficiently, reducing the need for communication about these issues.
