There is a serious lack of All-In-One Business Management tools out there. I have had the opportunity to use many main stream programs like SuiteDash and SalesForce, even used self hosted PHP applications and integrations to create my own. They never really created a meaningful flow for me and seemed to create more work than it solved. However, Flowlu does a great job of making the CRM, Project Management, Finance and much more actually work to solve problems. While I think they still need some additional features to be truly considered "all in one" their roadmap reflects that progress and their devs are extremely active.I highly recommend this program both via the app and definitely via desktop.

Very good for on-the-go business management

I love the platform & have been a longtime user. I can manage everything for my business in the platform. It can take a while to get an understanding of everything though because it’s so vast. Hopefully, they create a video onboarding of some sort one day. As well, it’d be really nice if they implement upgrades with AI at some point. But all-in-all, very good platform to wrangle everything in 1 platform to reduce having to much tech-debt in your company tech-stack. Thank you, FlowLu team!

I was looking for a low-friction project system and customer database. After using Flowlu for about 18 months I can say I found it.Flowlu is adaptable and flexible to fit my specific needs, and powerful enough to handle challenging situations. I have not yet lost any data (including videos, photos, other files) uploaded from mobile devices. This has happened with other platforms.The constant development and focus on making it easier for the user is welcome. Some other platforms keep adding features - just complicating for the user. Flowlu is dependable, fast and flexible. It’s perfect for my business needs. I’ve saved so much time and frustration by using it.

I am a business owner who used Flowlu for five years. Their customer service is terrible. They only offer an AI Chatbot that’s usually wrong, or email. You can’t talk to someone on the phone who can fix your problem in real time. And when they email, they only send you one step at a time. They purposefully slow-walk the customer support over email because they want you to get frustrated and give up and pay an extra fee to talk to someone on the phone. It’s unethical and wrong. There are plenty of other companies you can use. I tell all of my clients now not to use Flowlu.

We’re currently expanding our support team to cover more time zones so you can get help faster and at more convenient hours. We also believe human support matters. AI can help with simple questions, but it should never replace real assistance when you need clear, thoughtful answers. We’re reviewing how we use AI in support and adjusting where needed. To be clear, we do not slow down email support to push customers into paid calls. That’s not how we operate, and we’re sorry it felt that way. We won’t ignore the fact that you chose to leave after five years. That tells us we missed something important.
