She took the time to listen to my needs and wants, and she offered her expert advice throughout the process. The haircut is exactly what I was hoping for, and I am so confident and happy with how it looks.In addition to her excellent skills as a hairstylist, Amanda is also a very warm and friendly person. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire appointment, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a great haircut and a wonderful experience.

From picking the location, to the time nothing is easier than using this app for Floyd’s! You want a specific stylist no worries just click the drop down and find their name. It shows their entire schedule and what’s available. Leave out the guess work and put down the xanex because you’re not gonna have any anxiety when booking this appointment. Emails when your appointment is confirmed and emails to remind you the day before. It does the work for you. !!! Perfection!

For quite a long time, it was difficult truly difficult to book an appointment with their app or even online. It would frequently take me back to the homepage when I was about to finalize the booking. I simply gave up and would call to make an appointment.My stylist told me I should give the app another try and it works perfect. It is so easy, convenient, I love it I wish it was like this from the beginning, but I’m so glad that they fixed it.

I have moved to Florida after living in Tennessee for 14 years, After moving I’ve had some ok and some terrible experiences with Supercuts and others. But I ended stoping at a Floyd’s 99 with not high hopes, but let me tell you I was AMAZED with the friendliness of the employees. Not only is the service good the hair cuts are AWESOME as well I’m moving to a different part of Florida but I still will go to the same barber shop as well. But the point is that Floyd’s is an amazing shop and you shouldn’t be afraid to stop by.
