FlySmart is a consumer-focused initiative under the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), helping travellers understand and exercise their travel rights through the FlySmart mobile app. Create an account easily with your e-mail address, name and phone number**, and enjoy peace of mind knowing that your rights protection is always within reach.*
Through the FlySmart app, you can lodge complaints* to CAAM concerning any flight-related issues during your trip. When you submit your complaint case, you can support it by instantly snapping photos and attaching documents as evidence. You will then receive notifications as your complaint case progresses from submission to resolution, and the Case History feature lets you track every update in real time.
The app also provides direct links to airline and airport performance dashboards on the CAAM website, where you can view on-time performance, delays, and cancellations to help you make more informed travel choices.*
