Just moved to PR from Atlanta. Ordered $60 worth of food and they had 3 fees on top of sales tax. Took 1 hour 10 minutes to get food from a restaurant 10 minutes away. I’m not price sensitive but don’t like being price gouged. Deleting app after warning others of the outrageous fees.
Slow ...food arrives cold
Gave them three opportunities and every time they were late to pick up the food and it always came stone cold.. plus they are more expensive than other carriers

Not very nice
I tried to order to my condo and they never told me they just decided they don’t deliver here after they charged me. They said it’s an order from their boss.
