Form Health 12+

I was recommended this app for fertility. I needed to lose weight so I could start treatment so far I've gain weight and slowly losing some. The program is basically taking pictures of what you eat they don't judge you at the same time they don't hold you accountable for the bad choices. I've been on this program since December 21st 2023. I'm kinda re thinking this app cause it's not what I expected it to be. They did however give me the option of taking a diet supplement which didn't work for me cause I'm one not diabetic but apparently it was safe for pregnancy which that experience wasn't something I'll ever do again.. all in all this app might get deleted cause it's not what I expected.

The app does not notify me when I have a message. I have to remember to open the app and check, missed a couple days of messages and instructions
App other wise is friendly but the program seems to mimic the previous reviews.
No one told us our insurance weightloss program even changed so by the time I was forced to go thru this program I had already been frustrated for months trying to get help on my own. took over 2 weeks to even get a team assigned to me and will take another 3 weeks to even get any kind of appointment. I work in retail sales and my hours are all over and the staff don’t have flexible virtual appt times for different schedules.
I get a better response from my doctor when there’s a holiday weekend.
This feels like a blatant money grab. Delay everything so long so my company pays them

The app and program are great! But, you need to use a custom Withings scale that logs your weight into the app via cellular. That part is good, but if the app could offer exporting/integrating the weight into the Apple Health app, then all other apps could use the data like a normal Withings scale would. This would save needing to step on two scales just to log data outside of the Form Health app.
