Easy for simple orders- pricing not listed
This app is great if you know what you want, however it doesn't necessarily state what each addition would cost as you place your order. That means you have to go back and change it if there's an extra naturally high cost for adding additional toppings or items.
The garlic knots are phenomenally great for a craving and the chicken parm sliders are a super easy fix for a carb and fry need without being terrible for you or too large of a serving.
Add order tracking to app
In the age of Grub Hub, Postmates, etc. where you can track both of the cooking status of your order, and especially the GPS route of the driver, and get notifications when the driver has left, is near you, etc. this app is super primitive. There is no way to know what is going on with your order. You get one confirmation email that says that your order is been placed and give you an estimate. Beyond that it’s just been totally in the dark until your order finally shows up. Mine was way past estimated time so I called the restaurant try to find out what was going on and they didn’t really know either other than the driver had left along time ago. It would be good to know if the driver was lost or not anywhere near me if I could see him on a GPS tracker. Also I think they prioritize orders from this app at the very bottom of their priorities. I think they still take post needs GrubHub at Cetera ahead, and of course they’re in store customers. My wait time with other third-party apps to get my food was always half the time, and even my estimated time through this app. It actually ended up being about 30 minutes longer than the estimate over 90 minutes. I can usually get my food and 35-40 minutes to GrubHub, post mates, etc. The whole experience is just really behind the times both in the interface of the app and how they as a business prioritize customers via this app.
Great food, horrible app
Love the restaurant. The app, however, is one of the worst I've ever used. It's not intuitive or user friendly. The app used to be more like a 3 star app, but they changed it in 2018 and now it's worse and harder to use.
As of April 4, 2019, it's now been broken for quite a while to where I can't even use it. I get to the payment page, click my credit card with "Card Ending son ____," then get denied with a pop-up message telling me I need to select a payment. 🙄 I've skipped eating at Fresh Brothers a few times due to this.
UPDATE: It's September 2019 and I'm still rarely ordering from Fresh Brothers compared to what I used to because the same exact error is making it impossible to order with the app. (Used to be once every two weeks and now it's only once every two months). I just go eat other things instead. They've lost so much of my money already by not updating their app.
Not sure how this app is rated so high. I think people are rating the pizza by mistake.
