The Fresh Start app allows administrators and managers to:
- See actionable insights on associate knowledge and behaviors at the company, team, or individual level
- Log associate behavior and workplace physical inspections that will then automatically trigger additional training for associates
- Complete their own personal daily training

Needs improvement

I have been stuck on 29 training sessions for the last 2 weeks. Once I complete the daily questions it goes from 28 to 29, even though I have been logging in for the last month and a half. Also, the points do not get updated right away.

Stuck on Lesson

App worked well until the “Ready for Delivery Training” topic. The videos won’t play and the app crashes. I have tried this same lesson on my phone, my zebra, and my company computer and the same issue occurs. Other than that hiccough the app works fine and the lessons are informative.
