Frogi is a screen-time app with a frog in it.
You choose which apps to limit and how long you get with them. When you reach the limit, Frogi catches the app and shuts it. To get it back you do something small: twenty shakes, ten push-ups, a walk round the block, or simply wait it out. You pick the mission yourself when you make the rule, so the way back in is one you actually agreed to.
Nothing leaves your phone. Frogi has no account, no sign-in and no network code at all: your app usage, your limits and your habits stay on the device.

• A daily maximum, like an hour of Instagram or ten minutes of news
• Or a break every so often, for the apps you dip into all day
• A different way back in for each rule

• Push-ups, counted on device by the camera

There is one frog. He reacts to how the day is going, and he is the whole interface. You tap him to add a rule and he does the mission alongside you.

Frogi Pro
Free keeps the one rule you build when you set the app up. Frogi Pro removes that cap, so you can set a limit on every app that is taking your day. $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year, with a 3-day free trial on the yearly plan.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in Settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Fixes for the first week:
• If your iPhone has no passcode or Face ID, Frogi now tells you straight away and shows you where to set one. iOS needs one to hand an app Screen Time access, and the old screen sent you looking for a switch that does not exist.
• Backing out of the Screen Time confirmation no longer looks like a refusal. The button is simply ready to ask again.
