Lifesaver

I don’t have time to talk to my pharmacist every time I have a question. I can do everything quickly through the app. It’s not messy or hard to navigate. This app is way easier than the one they used before. I like knowing I can ask them to call the doctor if I’m out of refills and knowing that I’ll get confirmation back when my prescription is ready.

Great app/easy to use

I can easily refill my prescriptions using this app without the hassle of calling the my pharmacy. I would recommend this app if you are like me and don’t like talking on the phone and waiting on hold all the time.

Failed Miserably

Cluttered at best, scripts ready to fill are mixed in with expired and not ready for refill. Was using RXLocal before, pharmacy described this as the latest greatest. But I think it’s borderline unusable. If you have only one or 2 scripts it’s probably fine, but with 30day scripts combined with 90 day and one time fill it’s confusing and very cluttered. It’s apparent the design team hasn’t tested the competition. Going back to rxlocal because they separate ready to fill from to early to fill and expired scripts.
