SC Premium is a membership that is a year-to-year subscription that begins when you sign up for premium. It unlocks functionality like sports templates, remote scoreboard access, and recordings of streams. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your subscription ($45).
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings on the device.
Broadcaster improvements for a rural/spotty internet connection!
This update includes important updates to improve streaming quality in rural and spotty internet connections. SeasonCast is now able to handle up to 10% packet loss and limited bandwidth connectivity with little to no impact on your viewers. This update helps make SeasonCast a front leader in high-quality broadcast in any rural location.

Edit #2 the last few updates have greatly enhanced the product. The last few games we have streamed have been great!
My biggest issue is the video will stop for people watching at home and they end up with sound only. Deleting and reinstalling the app as the broadcaster is the only thing that appears to fix the problem. Obviously, it makes for a frustrating experience.
I’m updating my review. Last couple of updates have greatly improved the experience. Customer service/tech support has been great at working with me to get better results.

I deleted and reinstalled the app and was told by season cast that some other changes were made, and our game broadcast tonight was a success! The video was clear and all my parents were able to see the game. We just started a tournament, so if all goes well I will update my rating as needed.
I’ve been using this app for about 2 months now, and have captured roughly 12-14 games. While I don’t have any problems setting up the games, the people who want to watch the games live are not able to. The screen seems to cycle from the “watch live” window to “starting game”, then back to “watch live” and so on and so on. So my parents are not having any luck watching the games live. I have contacts supper and haven’t heard anything. My first email sent over to them about 2 months ago with a follow up about once a week and nothing but radio silence. It’s disappointing because my son plays for one of the biggest parks in Florida and possibly the biggest park in north Florida so I have all star teams who would love to purchase this service. But they won’t because it doesn’t work the way it expected to. If you are looking to buy this app, I would live stream 3-4 games and if you don’t have any issues then maybe get the year subscription after that.

We have not received a support email or call from you. Please report this issue as soon as possible at https://seasoncast.com/Support or call us at 1-800-809-0176 so we can resolve this issue for account. We have had no internal global issues with out service in the past few months. One CDN provider did have an issue with video distribution in some regions. We have since removed this CDN provider from SeasonCast distribution network & work everyday to provide a quality service to our customers.
The app doesn’t work well when broadcasting. I have been in rinks and tested WiFi with 2 separate IPhone 12 pro max and a IPhone 11 max all show only 5.5 g max on the connection but phones test at 150 plus g upload speed and still can’t get app to allow more than 5.5 g then as you start to broadcast the app drops and continues to drop the is so low won’t broadcast then will slowly climb back all while testing internet speed with separate phones that continue to test abound 150 g upload speed. Tried at my house a test and had same issue with a controlled WiFi. Additionally the 3 rinks that have great speed all confirm the speed is great as they upgraded with the new COVID-19 so people could broadcast and video. I also lowered the frame speed still no help. App doesn’t hold a good signal
