Great App - some feedback

Great app for multitudinous programs that target any and all areas of your body, strength, flexibility, and athletic development. Scientific/anatomy-based breakdowns and how-to videos for exercises within the app make it extremely useful. Eugene even shows how an exercise could be performed by someone taller or shorter based on femur length, hip height, etc. Really love the programming and use of supersets to maximize time efficiency.
Some feedback:
I don’t want my notes and sets to carry over for every workout in a program. I have to manually change reps and weight for each set for each exercise EVERY TIME I do another workout in a program. I get that seeing what you did last time is helpful, but perhaps that could be listed adjacent to the boxes where I enter what I’m doing now? I don’t like having to manually delete everything and add new sets/rep/weight schemes every single session. I’d like the boxes to be empty every time. For notes, it’s helpful to keep a log after every workout but if I make notes about a specific exercise for that session, such as “back was hurting today, subbed lat pull downs for strict pull-ups” - I don’t need that note tracked for every single “pull-up” exercise on every single workout for every session in the program. That note was specific to that workout, and it should stay in that workout.

Wonderful app! Suggestion for Improvement

Love the App! I do have a few suggestions for improvement. First, I would like to ability add exercises within workout, other than at end of a workout. For instance, it would be nice to be able to create a superset by adding exercise to within workout plan. Second, I would like unlimited ability to change exercises within plan. Third, ability to create exercise from scratch... even if must creat on desktop and only access through phone. Lastly, I would like the ability to do multiple lifting programs at once (or combine them). Specifically, the pull, push legs program. Instead of repeating the workout each week, I would like ability to do phase one first half of week and phase two the second half.

No custom exercises?

I paid for the lifetime membership because I’m tired of paying for subscriptions, so I’m super grateful that a lifetime membership is an option for long term users. The database, videos, and rest timer are fantastic. However, there are some exercises within the workouts that I cannot perform due to lack of equipment or injury. While the switch exercise option is brilliant for these sets, I have found time and time again that the exercise database is not as deep as I expected, and there is no ability to create a “custom” exercise for these situations, which has led to time being taken away from my workouts just to search for a “close enough” alternative that I can just make a note for. Then come next workout, I have forgotten which “close enough” exercise I used. Are there plans to give us a feature like this? Many apps do it so I’m baffled this one does not with how forward thinking its other features are. Big disappointment for an otherwise fantastic app. If we get a feature like this soon I would update my rating to 5 stars easily, but that is a big disappointment for me.
