Simply log in with the username and password provided to you by the Software Administrator at your community (i.e. Property Manager, HOA Board, etc).

If you do not have user log-in credentials to access this app, please contact your Property Management Company and request the Client ID, your Username, and your default Password.

Where is the epass option?

I just moved into a new community using this app and they gave us screen grabs that show how to send a pass using the envelope icon. There is no icon on my visitor list page! What happened to it? Can you send an epass using this app or not?

Cannot Add, Cannot See Visitors...

Developers of this app, what is going on with it? I can no longer add visitors, not see visitors that has been added earlier, no information at all is available to see or change...I need to add guests and contractors frequently and it is very inconvenient/useless when it is not working. This issues has been on and off for a while and need your attention and fix. I live in a gated community and visitors who are not on my list will not be granted access...

Terrible Version

The app was working fine until the latest update. Now I can no longer view the time a guest/vendor entered and a log of entries beyond the current day.

Didn’t the developer perform any user testing before migrating this update?

Thanks for the review and providing some details of your frustrations with the app. Yes, we have a lengthy quality control testing process, but I can see your point of view when something goes missing in a new release.

As part of our release process, we decided wait 48-hours after the release date to enable the "Recent Activities".
