Gen2Chat is the mobile workplace for support operators on the Gen2B customer support platform. Take customer conversations and reply to them from your phone exactly as you would from the web version of the platform.
The app is made for employees of companies running the Gen2B platform. Signing in requires a corporate operator account — there is no in-app registration.

• Every channel in one place: conversations from Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, the web widget and other connected channels all look the same.
• Full conversation history, including the AI assistant's work before the chat was handed over to a human.
• Attachments: send photos and files, with a preview before sending.
• Voice messages: record a voice reply and play back voice messages from the customer.
• Swipe to reply to a specific message, read receipts and delivery states.
• Push notifications: new requests and messages arrive instantly and open straight into the right chat.
• Operator availability: Active, Pause, Away — control whether new chats are routed to you.
• Multiple projects: switch between your company's projects without signing out.
• Personal daily analytics: accepted, closed and missed conversations, average response time, customer ratings.
• Search across chats and messages.
• Dark theme and three interface languages: Russian, English and Kazakh.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
• Access to projects is limited to the Supervisor and Operator roles. If your role in a project changes, the app tells you and takes you back to project selection.
• On launch the app checks the saved project and no longer reconnects endlessly to one you can't access.
• Notifications are now anonymised: they no longer show the client's name or the message text.
• More reliable notifications: the device is unlinked from them when you sign out.
• Incoming chats: accept a chat right from its notification; Reject is shown only for offers addressed to you.
• Chat: the reply timer shows when a reply is overdue; a saved comment appears in the header right away.
• Password reset: fixed a false error message, the "New password" screen is redesigned.
• Profile: errors when saving, turning off 2FA or ending a session are now shown.
• The app is updated to the new Expo platform (SDK 57); iOS 16.4 or later is required.
