Get Salty + Jenny = Functional Fitness!

Jenny’s workouts are my favorite ♥️🔥 have been working out for 14 years regularly - like 6 days a week. I’ve done running, strictly lifting & walking, peloton cycling, beach body programs, P90x, Insanity, Madeline Move, in-gym programs …. And NOTHING is as good as Get Salty workouts. They include stretching, mobility, HIIT, strength, agility, going to failure, functionality, cardio - these workouts have everything and make you feel so good! I am strong, I have great balance, I have energy, I have flexibility, I have speed and all these give me confidence and encourage more movement in my day instead of wanting to lay on the couch or veg. I am just completing The Grind, a 12week program that includes heavy weights and HIIT plus mobility and stretching - it’s an amazing program 🙌🏼 The Get Salty App also includes yoga/power yoga sessions, cardio hip hop sessions, a variety of length in sessions (6min-50min), ab workouts, bodyweight workouts, cardio only workouts, strength workouts, tutorials (think handstands, pushups etc). Thank you, Jenny, for creating such thoughtful and functional training sessions! 💪🏼♥️

The best training app

I’ve tried a number of different training apps, including ones from big names in the fitness field, and Jenny’s is the only app I stuck with more than 6 months. I’m now on year 2 and it just keeps getting better. Her training is challenging, fun, never boring, and most importantly, effective. She teaches you to think about your fitness journey different from anyone else. You gain an athletic mindset and learn to get stronger at each session. I’ve been working out for 10 years and I saw more improvement in my body and more importantly, my mindset, in one year training with Jenny. Her workouts incorporate mobility and agility, so you’re training for the long run. They’re short and effective, which is great for busy people who can’t spend hours in the gym each day. And she plays great music during the sessions! Anyone looking to improve their body, their strength, their endurance, and their mind should start training with Get Salty.

Well-Rounded and Challenging

Used to be primarily a runner. Switched to Get Salty a few years ago. Now I do these 3 times a week and supplement with running, swimming, and yoga. Since I started these workouts I’ve noticed a huge improvement in agility, balance, flexibility, and upper body strength. I can actually do a handstand now, which I never thought I would even try. The workouts and the community are all about athleticism, challenging yourself where you are, and taking care of your long-term health, not weight loss or measuring inches. There is a very supportive online community if you need it.
