Accessible workouts for any level!

I am basically bionic (bilateral hip replacement, left knee and ankle replacement—both x2, and right ankle fusion) and I am able to fully participate in the exercises Jenny provides and have seen improvement in my balance and strength because of it. Do not be discouraged and think you won’t be able to participate…she gives so many modifications (both up and down) making this an amazing exercise program wherever you are in your fitness journey. I can’t recommend this program (or Jenny as a trainer) enough!

Jenny is worth it!

My husband and I found Jenny Fisher accidentally on Instagram. We tried the seven day free trial and have not looked back. She’s fun, interactive, and she’s authentic! She’ll push you to give your best for yourself. Her sessions are challenging, but with lots of modifications if you need them. She’s never boring and we actually look forward to working out now. As a bonus, we are becoming more limber due to the mobility exercises Jenny incorporates into the workouts. If your on the fence at all, or just looking for something sustainable, try Jenny! You won’t be disappointed.

The best training app

This training app is amazing!!! You get sooo much! Jenny is an amazing trainer from her motivational skills to her ability to modify alllll of her workouts! This app has workouts at various time lengths (6 minutes to 45 minutes) so it’s easy to find a work out for any type of day! Plus, there is such a good variety of different muscle groups targeted like chest, legs, back, arms etc!! You are also blessed with live session with Jenny every week. You won’t regret getting salty with Jenny!
