GetTransfer DRIVER Service 17+

I was recommended this platform by a friend, but after seeing its 1.5-star average from only 24 ratings, I decided to delve deeper into the reviews. What I found was alarming and confirmed my suspicions: this app seems to be run by scammers.

Here are some of the major issues reported:

1. Drivers are not paid for completed rides.

2. Completed ride histories are hidden from the drivers' app.

3. There is a complete lack of communication with the drivers.

4. They don’t check whether drivers are properly documented and authorized for airport pickups.

5. There is no driver support, including no available phone number for assistance.

Additionally, the app's language proficiency is poor, which raises further red flags.

A visit to their website revealed even more concerning details. There is no physical headquarters address listed, no management team information (such as CEO, Director, Chairman, President, CFO, etc.), and no staff photos—details that are standard for any credible business.

There is absolutely nothing about this platform that suggests it is a legitimate business. I'm genuinely surprised that Apple continues to host such a dubious app.

They don’t respect you enough to pay you on time, and they want you to keep giving rides. They also act dumb like they don’t know what’s going on. Please be very careful.

They don’t pay their drivers, I’ve been waiting on my payment for 1 month now. Please be very careful guys. Drivers are hurting because of this. The company don’t care, they keep telling you to contact finance side, no response for weeks at a time.

We give you exceptional service that’s why the riders side rating are up, but look at your drivers side of the app rating on the App Store. This is a very heartless company, how dare you owe us money and still expecting us to keep running around for rides. You’re very evil and heartless. I wish there was a way I can post proof on here. Very heartless people, especially whoever low life CEO. This is wickedness in its purest form. We have families depending us. Heartless individuals, very heartless.
The worst part is they charge riders and never pay the drivers.

I tried the app and made some trips (6 in total) from June 13 to 19, 2024, accumulating earnings of around US$1.2K, upon seeing that Gettranferts did not make any payment to me, and after several emails with vague responses (The payment is to be made at the nearest time) I canceled all future trips that were scheduled, Gettranfers faithfully deducted the respective commissions for those cancellations, now they owe me $0.96K for the services completed a month ago…. I understand why users complain that the driver does not appear, and that no one will continue driving if you do not pay. Both drivers and riders are affected.
