Description
Gluu makes it easy to execute, log, monitor and report on recurring tasks in any process.
Create a process in the Gluu platform, then add your work instructions, tasks and team members. This app lets endusers see which tasks to do when - and to log them as done with a single touch.
It works like this (you need a Gluu account to start):
1. Sign in with the credentials you use for the web version.
2. Follow the wizard to create a process, an activity and some tasks.
4. Assign a user to the role that is responsible.
5. Let the user download this app and sign in
6. The user can now see and log tasks, view work instructions and see comments.
The process owner is then notified by email if tasks are not done in time and can review the full history over time.
