Golf and so much more

I’d expected to find some of what I love about golf with my account. I didn’t expect the waves of benefits and features that are included. A tee time a month would have been good enough for me but instead I get all sorts of videos and movies plus discounts on TaylorMade and other awesome brands. Seriously fantastic idea and so glad I joined.

Not Receiving Tee Time Credits with Annual Pass

I purchased the annual pass through the App Store on July 7 and still have not received any of the monthly tee time credits promised as part of the membership agreement. On the App, my membership card lists “member since July 07, 2021” and “valid through July 07, 2022.” It should be for this year, not next year.

I’ve called the customer service number several times to have these issues resolved, and have been told they will be fixed each time, but they still are not. There is no email address to try to contact for further support, only one phone number to call, where I end up having the same conversation each time.

One customer service rep did send promotional credits as compensation for these ongoing issues, but those are only valid Monday through Thursday and I can only golf on weekends, so they are not much help.

In-app subscriptions broken

Got the in-app subscription, but it wouldn’t sync with my pre-existing golfpass account and I was forced to get a refund from Apple because the golfpass member services didn’t know what to do to link the subscription to my account. Basically to get this fixed I had to manually subscribe on the golfpass side for a slightly higher price, then sign into that account within the app. I want this fixed for others and for my troubles a compensating credit for the difference in monthly subscription price.

Hi Daniel, we appreciate you reaching out. Video-Only GOLFPASS subscriptions are available by Apple to offer golfers access to content on iOS devices. A full GOLFPASS membership purchased from the website includes additional benefits like a Monthly Tee Time Credit, Travel discounts, Shop offers, and more. For this reason, the full membership is a different price than the Video-Only option. Apple manages their subscriptions individually. Video-Only members can purchase the full membership online. We recommend canceling your Video-Only membership from Apple before enrolling in the full membership. We working on a way members can upgrade between memberships. At this time, iOS accounts are securely managed by Apple.
