Landscape mode needed

The app works great on a phone. But is very difficult to use on the iPad, due to it not having landscape mode available. Most of our company support uses their iPad with a keyboard. Meaning that all of our support team uses the web version of gorgias instead of the app. It is truly amazing how the lack of one simple feature makes an app nearly useless. A shame that Gorgias has spent so much time and money developing an app like this, only to leave out the one feature that would make it useful.

Can not even search in the app...

The product overall is decent and will probably be great in 12-24 months. Their sales efforts are way ahead of the actual product, though. Other reviews have pointed out plenty of issues that I won’t duplicate here. However, I’d like to highlight that you literally can NOT search your customer tickets/conversations in the iOS app which is beyond ridiculous. You also can’t attach a photo from your phone’s camera roll. You have to manually find the photo on your phone and then save it to the iOS Files space and from their you can find it via the Gorgias app 🙄

I’ll be moving us over to Reamaze very soon.

App really doesn’t do much

I recently installed Gorgias for and e-commerce store and the desktop version is really great. This app, no so much. Very limited functionality. I find myself running to my computer to take care is customer issues that I can’t properly deal with. We don’t have a dedicated support team so on the go functionality is critical. To make it worse, the website doesn’t work well on a mobile browser. Please put more effort into this app.
