Not very efficient; basic needs not working

When I first started using this app, we couldn’t send mms. Now we can...but not really. Contact cards can’t be opened and read, pics sent aren’t able to be opened by recipients. Group text messages come thru individually and can’t be responded to the group as a whole. You can’t copy portions of the text, only the whole message (inefficient when copying addresses, phone numbers, etc into fields). And now just today, I’m receiving notifications for messages, but literally can’t see ANY messages, old or new...completely empty. Can’t send any messages either. You can’t text somebody straight from the contacts can only call them. The quality of the call vs one placed using my regular personal service on the same phone is vastly different...and not in a good way (calls breaking up, Bluetooth devices made ineffective due to already poor call quality, etc).

Overall, this service frustrates me and my clients when I’m mobile...which is 99% of the time. Some serious re-work needs to be put into it or I’m simply going to need to find another provider.

Many issues

I have issues since I started using this app in March. Recently, I’ve had the worst issues, as I can’t even receive calls anymore. My calls all get declined. Luckily I still receive voicemails. Before this issue, I’d have issues seeing my call lists and using the “do not disturb” (DND) button... I would check the button and still get calls, return to the app, and see that it was like I never selected it... or it was vice-versa... I’d uncheck it, return to the app, and find that I had missed multiple calls because it was like the DND button had never been unchecked. I’m giving it two stars because it’s free and it keeps me from having to give out my personal phone number... but honestly how useful is it right now since all of my calls are declining? FYI, the app and my phone system are all completely updated, and I’m on an iPhone.

Absolutely unacceptable

I don’t understand how any company can be okay with their app being in this state. Call logs won’t load sometimes. Poor connection quality in spite of a good network connection. I’ve even had phone calls double up where the phone would ring, the auto-tenant would start playing in the background, but the phone would still be ringing. Almost as if two phone calls were stacked on top of each other. I’d often get a phone call and the phone would ring twice and then hang up before I can even answer the call. I’ve had to uninstall and re-install the app more than once in an effort to address issues.

This app is in an unacceptable state and Jive should be ashamed of the lack of effort and care they’ve put into this app. Absolutely dreadful and unacceptable. You need to fix this. This is not how a business should maintain (or lack there of) their products.
