Excited for the new update! Now have the ability to order through the app and pickup at their 6 mile location! Hoping they launch this feature soon for their new location on Warren soon! The offers are also way better that before so far!
Good Start
Pretty easy to use for info on menu items. Finally works on IOS. Got an alert my registration wasn’t finished, don’t see a place to continue my registration. Logged out, logged back in, still not prompted on how to finish registering. Didn’t know a link was sent to my email when I first registered, link expired days ago and no option to resend the email verification link. Got an alert my card is expiring soon, it’s not expiring for another year. Would like to see some kind of online order placement, even if it’s just an order you can place but have to pay for/pick up in person. Would be cool if I could enter my mmp card number during registration and it would automatically associate it with my account already set up with them.
Pointless data grab
This app requires you to ‘fully register’ before you can move from the home page. To fully register means to provide photos of your ID and med card. But why do they need this? They don’t even offer sales. Once you provide all your details you can look at stock images of cannabis product. Again, you can not purchase or order from the app. What’s worse, there is no store address or phone number if you did actually decide to frequent their shop. If such info is available it’s not clear where it would be. So all I can conclude is that green genie is getting paid for customer data.
