The schedule now opens on today, so you document the right day. Session times, billing lists, and Settings stay above the buttons on iPhone. A green check means notes or goals are saved. Billed is a separate mark. Add a one-off session without turning on Edit. Copy for Google uses the minutes you typed. Students marked not Medicaid eligible skip the billing queue. Also: group names no longer clip, duplicate names on day cards are gone, appearance and default service code live in Settings, and Mark all billed asks once before it writes.

Copy a repeating week from another school year, and duplicate a schedule block while editing. New session notes fill activity and materials from the last matching student. Also: Settings Close keeps your name and school, Billing lists undocumented blocks in time order, and a few iCloud and this-week move fixes.

Fixes for people who already bought GridNote as a paid app: you stay unlocked on iPhone and iPad. The 7-day trial no longer flashes “trial ended” on first launch. Also: every-other-week blocks skip off weeks, afternoon blocks stay past 3:10, holidays fade on iPhone, Billing no longer counts future days as older pending, and iCloud no longer drops your name when you turn sync on.
