Description
The Guestware mobile app enables staff to efficiently receive and complete work in the field using the mobile device of their choice. The application uses the latest wireless push notification technology for fast, reliable, and secure messaging. With Guestware on their mobile device, team members receive Rapid Response requests, accept or decline requests, and update and close requests. The mobile application is also used to report new issues observed in the hotel and complete proactive facilities inspections.
