This version solves an issue introduced in the last update, where it was not possible to see historical replies to guest feedback from the hotel. This version also introduces support for Next-Stay offer requests.

This version fixes a bug where if you had multiple NPS-style questions in your survey the visualisation of the guest loyalty would be mixed up between the different NPS questions and solves an issue where if you had multiple restaurants at your hotel you would see the same score for each restaurant. We appreciate your feedback for helping to find and solve these issues!

The Dashboard is here! Get instant access to all important KPIs of your facility in a dedicated Dashboard tab with big numbers and gauges. Loopon Mobile is now completely optimized for iPad. If you like the big screen, you should now see a much improved experience both in navigability and usability.

When tapping chat notifications, if a chat was already being viewed, the app would present the new chat on top of it. This is now fixed. Feedback published on Loopon Social is now visible in the App.

Messages sent from the hotel though Loopon Web would not appear on the app chat until it was reopened. This was fixed. Sometimes the "message read" timestamp would not appear.
