Hail Trace 4+

Ever since you updated the app, it has performed poorly. I’ve given it a very good chance because I use it all the time. It’s still frustrates me everytime I use it. It freezes up most of the time and it’s just so hard to navigate now. Even when I increase the radius out 50 miles I’ll still get the same data as if I were searching within 3 miles. The website works fine, but the app is horrible.

I’ve been using Hail Trac a long time. Each year their service gets worse. This year: we paid a years service. Everything was fine until they updated their. Every time they update their service gets worse. I called spoke to Bobby. Bobby said our service was cancelled for non payment. Then I talked to Antonio. He said no we weren’t cut off. I signed on I couldn’t get a map in November. Said I didn’t have access to that map. Then I talked to Jennifer. I ask her why we weren’t giving notifications as in the past and I couldn’t get a map. That was past Wednesday. She said she would send me an email. That was two days ago. No word. We will not renew our service ever. The customer service is horrible. Too much money for no service. I use HailTrace exclusively for tracking recent storms and severity and am always impressed with the features and accuracy of the data. The maps are really useful for locating the best locations for canvassing and identifying potential leads. Matt Grassmyer introduced this to me when I first met him a few years back and it’s one of my favorite tools to use to boost storm data knowledge and leads.
