Description
Hammond 311 is an easy way for you to report non-emergency issues to the city such as potholes, streetlight outages, graffiti and more. Using GPS you can help identify the location of the problem and with the use of your camera you can send a picture as well. You’ll be able to track your issue from the time it is reported until it is resolved. Reporting a problem is now easier than ever.

Just wanted to give you a big thank you for all that you and your employees do. Had large tree branch fall, blocking the city sidewalk. They came quickly, considering all the down tree calls they had. When I was raking up the debris, the street washer came and finished the job. I m proud to be a resident of Hammond, a city that works!
