Most applications will work to make check out easy. Not this application. You’ve got to give it your passport number, your phone number among other things to buy a bus ticket. Repeat that last sentence. Makes zero sense.

The inanity of it all is that you can simply pay with a card or cash on the bust and they require none of this information on what is effectively a public service.

Seriously the app devs at Nokta - just make it easy to buy a bus ticket - the more people you can get to buy via the app and state their intended departure time the easier it is for you to plan supply. Of course as a dev you’ve probably made this point but your brilliant managers are bravely holding the line to collect private data and minimize app use.
