App is unstable on iOS 13

The Health Advocate app unfortunately is very unstable on iOS 13 and on the new iPhones. I am on an iPhone 11 Pro Max and I cannot get the app to remain open despite deleting and reinstalling.

In addition, I’d like to recommend that the app be refreshed: the look and feel of it is dated, and it doesn’t seem to natively support Face ID (although the iPhone behind the scene forces it to), among other issues.

Overall, app has good functionality but needs to be improved in a number of key areas.

Login issues

Does anyone do quality control any longer? I couldn't get past the login screen. It just sits and spins without any response or error. I figured my password expired since HealthAdvocate makes you change your password so often, which is ridiculous causing fatigue and weak passwords. But I digress. That's another issue. Anyway, I changed my password online and the app worked. So try that if you have problems. I don't really expect great things from this app. We'll see. I suppose I don't mind one star since the app at least opens and I can't give zero. Thanks employers for choosing such a cutting edge company to work with.

Add messages

My biggest headache in working with you all is the secure email system (by third party - zix?). If you could add the ability to use the email system into the app it would be way easier.

Currently I get a message alert from health advocate then have to open zix email by web browser, go back to health advocate to remind myself of the issue, go back to zix to compose response. Etc.

This whole process should take place in the app.
