We automatically sync your devices incl. Apple Watch, Fitbit, and Oura Ring and other apps to identify your existing Healthy Habits. Everything from getting 10,000 steps and 7 hours of sleep to intermittent fasting and different kinds of workouts. We score each Habit based on frequency, with daily being the highest level. There's 16 Healthy Habits now and we keep adding more!
CHOOSE YOUR GOAL
You can choose from 6 different goals, that will drive our recommendations and challenges for your Habits through the app: Longevity, Weight Loss, Strength, Lower Stress, and Activity.
To support your Habits, and help you start new ones, we also provide free programs for many Habits. There's a 2-minute breathing exercise when you need a break, and a meditation timer for when you need to de-stress. You can use the fasting timer to fit your 16:8 intermittent fast into your daily schedule.
Since we can read your health data in the background, you don't even have to open the app. We'll tell you when you hit new Levels or introduce new Healthy Habits!

DAILY STRESS SCORE
Check in every day to see an instant analysis of your stress and recovery levels! The more data you capture, the more accurate the result. We produce a simple understandable score by analyzing trends in your wellness data to find patterns indicating a good or bad stress response, using data including Resting Heart Rate ("RHR"), Heart Rate Variability ("HRV), Sleep hours, and Workout minutes.
STRESS SCAN, NO WEARABLE NEEDED
Healthzilla can now read your resting heart-rate and variability using your phone's camera, for your daily stress score! It takes just 60 seconds, and will give you the full stress score analysis as with a wearable device. Do it every morning before getting out of bed for best results.
Zilla analyzes your workouts stored from fitness apps or wearable devices (Apple Watch, Fitbit, Oura Ring), and recommends what activities are the best today given your Stress Score. Is today a great day for a Strava bike ride, or an intense 7-minute workout? Maybe best to just go for a walk.
APPLE WATCH SUPPORT
The Apple Watch provides the best data for Healthzilla. We can automatically read your resting heart rate and heart rate variability to deliver your Stress Score in the morning. All your activity and workouts contribute towards your Habits.
We now also support connecting to your Fitbit account incl. steps, resting heart rate, sleep, weight, workouts, and food calories.
OURA RING SUPPORT
Sync all your data directly from your Oura Ring to power the daily stress score and habits incl. resting heart rate, sleep, steps, and heart rate variability.
Healthzilla can sync any devices and apps that support HealthKit, to store the data to be shared in the Apple Health app. Devices include Wahoo, Xiaomi, Nokia, and Garmin. This includes popular apps like Lark, Lifesum, MyFitnessPal, Strava, Nike, Calm, Oak, Headspace, Cardiogram, 8fit, Zova, and Waking Up. We read up to 15 data points and 16 Habits automatically.

It was quite buggy for me when I first downloaded it, but updates fixed everything. It works great and pulls data directly from the Apple Health app. It’s intuitive in an adorable monster kind of way. Zilla encourages you to push it when your data looks strong, and cautions you when to take it easy.

Confusing and isn’t really for Fitbit users. Mostly works better with apple watches

Hey kaymartt, appreciate you taking time to post. If you've downloaded before 2.2 when Fitbit support was added, you can go to the Settings screen and tap Fitbit Login. That will sync your data with the app. You get all the same functionality with Fitbit and Apple Watch, except that Fitbit doesn't yet provide Heart Rate Variability ("HRV").
