Excellent resource for all things healthcare privacy & security!
I’m relatively new to healthcare compliance, and have very limited access to financial resources. When I felt so overwhelmed I didn’t know where to start, I was delighted to find this! The HMWH Podcast has been an incredible self-training tool! Donna and David’s conversational style makes the topics easier to digest and break down legalese into language you can understand. Their thoughtful analyses of real-world cases and related commentary illustrate why we ALL need to care about privacy and security. As an added benefit, the show notes and time stamps for episodes are posted on the HMWH website so you can follow along, access quick links, and skip ahead to segments if you’re short on time or simply want to focus on one clip.
I Listen, Even Though I’m Not in Healthcare!
I left the healthcare industry several years ago. Recently came across a podcast episode on my phone from the past. These two are so good, I can’t stop listening.
They are too funny, informative, enlightening, and provide detailed ‘accurate’ information about the importance of protecting your patients and your business.
If I ever re-enter the healthcare environment, I know I’ll be prepared.

I am addicted. Not only are Donna and David full of it - relevant and updated information that is... They are down to earth people. I have yet to listen to an episode without learning something new, which is why I enjoy listening to the episodes over and over.
And of course, great information aside, if you enjoy laughing, this is the place to be. Yep. These two are a hoot!
