I’m not sure if these reviews that others had posted informing that the pay is relatively easy and if the money does come because I have been waiting since December 8, 2025 for payment on one job and the other since December 3, 2025 and have received payments for neither one. I thought this was gonna be a good app to be a part of and had great opportunities, especially being there was multiple missions posted here close to the house but to go for 30 to 45 minutes with my six-year-old in a store to complete these job opportunities and then have to sit around and not get paid is complete and utter disappointment. I’m pretty sure this is something similar to what one would call theft of services. hence I went and performed a job and the duties required for that job and have not received payment as of yet and yes, there have been multiple being in contact with them and me. Back and forth. Still nothing handled. so that right there just makes it even worse because there’s been multiple means of communication through email but yet still no payment has been received

I absolutely never expected this app to be so easy and you can make some good money if you are willing to go around to some stores. All you do is add your Venmo name and you get paid within a day or so. I forgot I even did it and then checked Venmo and my money was there. I am recommended this app to anyone who needs a quick buck. All I do is record store aisles they tell me to and then upload the videos and that’s it. My money follows up really quick. Download this app and watch your pockets fill up if you actually do the tasks they say. You won’t regret it ! Love it .

I’ve been using the Hetal Retail app for two months and it’s been really beneficial. There are challenges in my region that would make my first month of experiences focused on the bus lines, customer service interactions and uploading the footage efficiently. By the end of the second month I trusted the app to just start uploading as soon as I complete filming the first task and if anything does go amiss email correspondence with support has been top notch.
