So far it’s okay but no one…literally no one can create an account. It has been all over social media about it and it hasn’t been fixed yet. So if you put in the number, it says that it “does not match the provided country” (when it does), and then once someone get’s that fixed (by copying and pasting it from your contact to the app), it then says that it’ll send a verification code…well that doesn’t happen. I think this app get better reviews once this gets fixed

If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. Because, quite frankly, 1 star is too generous.For starters, collecting rubies. The fact that you allow fans to collect 50 rubies a day is good. However, the fact that that means fans have to watch 50 ADS IS INSANE. The greed of this app is absolutely unbelievable, and a major turn off. Even giving fans 3 rubies an ad is a stretch of greed, but giving us just 1? That’s absolutely insane.Another thing is even trying to WATCH the ads, because half the time they don’t even work and the app glitches. You would think that if you’re making fans watch FIFTY ADS then you would be able to afford a half decent software engineer who could, I don’t know, make the app work AS IT’S SUPPOSED TO SO FANS CAN SUFFER THROUGH SAID FIFTY ADS.Finally, we have our most recent experience. With Live Voting for Inkigayo going on, a fan would fully expect to be able to use the rubies that they either EARNED or PAID MONEY FOR, but instead what happened? The entire app crashed world wide, and left us unable to do ANYTHING. And when a fan could actually even get to the voting screen, the rubies were deleted out of their accounts/unable to be used entirely.This entire app just feel fraudulent and untrustworthy. Using it is a terrible experience of corporate greed and mismanagement of funds to take advantage of people who just want to support their favorite groups. Absolutely horrendous.

The new update is so egregious about the data it wants to collect and share, I can’t even get the update to download. And no, I just have basic privacy settings, no VPN. Top it off, I have hearts I have ALREADY PAID for that I now cannot access to use. This app started bad, with egregious number of ads to watch, and it has (unbelievably) gotten worse. Would nothave thought this possible. Actually zero stars. They give Inkigayo a very bad name; the greed and grift is so obvious, and the user experience is clunky and painfully boring.

Barely functional app - a live voting app should be designed to handle high server loads but if the developers of this app could not even account for that it makes this absolutely worthless and unable to fulfil its purpose. It serves only to leech people into buying votes which they can’t even spend as the app fails to function
