Remotely arm your system, allow specific users to access and receive notifications of any alarm status change, easily and securely. HomeControl Flex tells you when your kids get home, or if your alarm system was not armed when you left for work. It’s peace of mind in the palm of your hand.
Make the most of your surveillance cameras from Arlo. You can review recorded activity or conduct a live look-in from within the HomeControl Flex app or web version at any time. And, if you have more than one property with HomeControl Flex, you can link them all into one login, allowing you to easily switch between them to monitor your surveillance cameras or arm a security system.
This app requires a compatible system and a HomeControl Flex service plan. Access up-to 5 HomeControl Flex accounts with a single login. Arm Away is only supported on compatible panels. Some Arlo cameras require an Arlo hub device.

Horrible—Useless
If you prefer to use an app instead of the wall unit, go with another company that does not use this app. It often will not set the alarm. So if you have left the house, you must go back and use the wall unit. If you think it has worked, it frequently displays the wrong status. It only has an Away option, so you can’t attempt to use the app when you’ve already climbed in bed. But, if the away option is any indicator, a stay option probably would not work either. Again, if you want to use an App to operate your alarm, choose a security company that does not use this one.
Worst system ever
If I can give it zero stars I would. This “app” is crap. Will not engage with the system, even if you are right on top of it. Tech support, or lack there of says I need a new device to connect because my iPhone 12pro is out of date and needs to be upgraded. And if I am so unhappy I can just go out and get something else. This system is a sham!!!!
App not useful
Have had this app for several years, but recently it will not allow us to log in and set the alarm. Also, when attempting to access the app it doesn’t recognize my email address and doesn’t recognize my login information. How can all this be resolved?
