App does what the description states

I read a lot of bad reviews, yet almost all reviews states what the app just does not do and what everyone expects the app to do. I downloaded the app with no issues and was able to get the information I needed based on the the app description states the app does. Now, I do wish the app did more but just how the app is developed and the information it provides it’s good for me. For this reason I give it three stars. If the app did more then I would probably give it the five starts.

Very difficult to access - it should be no stars

I’m reviewing this as a patient and as a clinician for Humana Military. This app is very difficult to access. I wasn’t able to register a user name and password. So, I tried to access through my DS Logon. When I accessed the portal/app, the information kept freezing. I tried several times and even changed my password even when I didn’t have to and shouldn’t have had to.

I tried to search for neurosurgery specialty, the only item that piped up was “pediatric neurosurgery”. I have to search this as “neurological surgery” to find adult neurosurgeons.

Only registered civilian network provider profile is found.

Works fine for me

iPhone 11 max, app works fine. Logged right in with existing DS Logon and was able to view all family except my spouse, just like using the browser on my PC. App is missing a lot of useful functionality and won’t be very useful, but it does what the description states.

Two suggestions: 1) secure messaging and 2) Add an insurance card compatible with Apple Wallet. Even Express-Scripts has this and it really helps at most civilian pharmacies.
