Amazing products, excellent company!
I have loved the ice barrel! My husband and I had been doing it on and off in the past but just this last 6 months - have been doing the cold plunge with the Ice Barrel 400 consistently. For me the ice barrel helps with clarity of mind and anxiety, not to mention the pre-workout high it gives my body. Excited for this app and the be able to track my cold plunging progress.
Great Coaching Sessions
I have recently begun practicing cold therapy, and I must say that this app has been incredibly beneficial and assisting me during my sessions. The coaching sessions provided are particularly helpful in promoting relaxation and reminding me to breathe during challenging moments in the cold water. At this point, I find it impossible to engage in any cold plunges without relying on this app!

This app really helps when you are getting ready to jump in the ice barrel for the first time. It also keeps my mind focused when I’m in the water! Amazing addition to my morning routine.
