Developer, please disable automatic close
Would give 5 stars except for one issue. We like to have the app pulled up on our iPad 24/7 so we can always monitor our security cameras around our house, however the app automatically closes or times out. We have the iPad set to never auto lock, so it’s the app that automatically times out seemingly after having it open for a certain amount of time - making us have to reopen the app up every day, when we’d wish it could just stay open without “timing out” or automatically closing. Developer, could you please allow this app to be open 24/7 for whatever duration we please without automatically closing? Our last security camera app allowed this and it would be great if this one does. Thanks!
Not a DIY app.
We are an ICR Dealer and one aspect we love is ICR Intelligent cameras and recorders are NDAA & TIAA compliant. Meaning no Chinese chipset or manufacturing in China.
This app is much improved over rival apps in the marketplace. This isn’t a DIY app, you need to know what you are doing.
10 year warranty from ICR on their equipment makes them stand above all the rest. Professional AND lifetime end user support included.
Unreliable ..
I want to like it but the Tripwire Alarm notifications don’t work. Some times it works, other times it doesn’t. For a security app, that’s not acceptable.
