Task names beginning with a ‘+’ means the user must supply additional information about the task. It was a visual cue to the user, but now if the task name starts with a ‘+’ the user must add additional text or he will not be able to depart. Added Employee Signature to Visit. ELVIS has been updated to fix some communication problems with messages to the RiverSoft Exchange Server (RSE), some GPS issues from the smartphone platforms, and the new feature Rs Messaging, EVV mandated patient questions, and the ability to provide reasons why tasks are not done. ELVIS still requires connectivity to the internet in order to communicate with the back office to obtain an employee’s list of visits and RS messages. If the employee’s phone cannot communicate with RSE, the employee must do the visit on paper. Your agency should have a protocol for this. Signature Page Enhancements Signature can be satisfied without a signature. There is now a checkbox, Patient is willing and able to provide signature, that can be unchecked and the user is prompted for a reason. For offices configured for Electronically Verified Visits (EVV), 2 additional checkboxes appear: Patient agrees with service provided and Patient agrees with time of service. If either of these are unchecked, the user is prompted to provide a reason. If any reasons are provided on the Signature page, the Reasons button becomes *Reasons*. Tapping this button shows the reasons supplied. For offices configured for Electronically Verified Visits (EVV), the signature can be satisfied with a voice signature. Visit Page Enhancements On the visit page, the Comment button is enabled without arriving for the visit. If the back office has entered care plan comments, it appears as *Comment*. This is useful if the office needs to provide you with a gate key in order to get to the patient’s home. When a task is resolved as not done (No button is tapped), the user is prompted for a reason. If a reason is provided, the No button becomes No*. To see all tasks marked not done, tap the Done button. If any task is resolved as No, the Done button becomes *Done*. New feature RS Messages ELVIS can now send and receive RS Messages. As with all ELVIS communication, the messages are send and received encrypted. However, no messages are store on the phone. ELVIS only returns RS Messages that were sent in the last 7 days.

Bug fix for String was not recognized as a valid DateTime

The Visit Page now correctly resizes the Yes/No buttons.

1. The Schedule Page now abbreviates the day of the week and the day of the month. It used to be 'Wednesday October 10', now it is 'Wed Oct 10'. This means less scrolling since the date no longer has to wrap on certain phones. 2. The Visit Page now also abbreviates the day of the week and the day of the month, just like the Schedule Page. 3. The long tasks on the Visit Page are displayed in their entirety.

New Features: Vital Signs: Now health aides can record patient vital signs using the ELVIS application! Vital signs are enabled on a per-visit basis by the office. Vital signs are reported back to the office when the visit is completed. Readability: Text fields such as address, name, and task name may now wrap, allowing even long text to be readable. Improvements have also been made to the applications performance and stability.

Updated to remember the visit in progress when ELVIS app is terminated by the phone when the user makes and receives phone calls. Also allows a visit to be complete when there are no tasks defined for the patient. Also chimes when a scheduled visit is about to end.
