Currently I’ve been using the Northwoods credit union app for about 2 years and I am happy they’ve updated it along the way. But there is still plenty of room for improvement within the app. The bank services you have access to in general are great but I wish I could access them through the app. Like filtering transactions by date and time. Auto pay features, transferring from my account to let say my moms account within the same bank. Things like these I would love to have!

Use the app exclusively for account info. Etc. like itThe bill pay is a little clumsy. There is a problem right now with the history for share draft as no history is available for last year. Things. Happen, but it’s been several days and no emails have come that I’ve seen and the app has no messages coming up. Poor job. I’ve saw info. Facebook from residents before I even got anything from you.Bad PR
