Compared to apps like When2Work the interface is archaic, but it is nice and simple to set your availability and see messages from managers. If the UI got a nice overhaul I would bump my score up much higher.

I think it’s an absolute joke that this is even a “professional” scheduling app. Everything’s confusing and there are points in time where the app glitches and freezes up. I can’t do a simple task such as dropping a shift and picking shifts up isnt as easy as other scheduling apps such as When2Work. An app that was made by some kid in his basement most likely, shouldn’t be used in any workplaces that genuinely care about their employees well being. Opening the app for hours trying to figure out how to use this app which looks like an old computer gave me a headache!!! If you don’t want people quitting your company, wouldn’t recommend.

This app had just received the newest latest award for being the WAE :). This app is as slow as it can get, very glitchy all the time, and I feel like if they were to receive updates it wouldn’t be on how glitchy this app is. If you were an employer trying to use this for your employees DONT, I repeat DONT. Simply walk away from this red flag and find a better app because this app is not it LOL.

App is difficult to operate and should not be that way. We moved from different platforms and this is a huge downgrade and hoping that an update or something can be pushed out to have usability to become better
