This App has been antiquated forever. Shocking that the largest sports betting company would allow themselves to hold on to such a terrible and ancient programmed app for so long. Well here comes the update with all its bells and whistles. New look, new platform, what could go wrong! App is definitely a step above what came before but just don’t expect to be able to use any of the services without running into a litany of technical issues. I seriously doubt they had many users test and then troubleshoot any user issues they had. And don’t try to withdraw any money from the application because you will be approached by a message of “please enter valid credentials for us to verify” over and over and over again. App is an upgrade on the surface but at the heart of it, its the same old application and effort put forth by William Hill. Sad for such a prestigious company.

Where do I start with this… someone recommended the app and I was beyond excited to try it out. I’m writing this today (almost a year after i first dowloaded it) because it’s been a real POS. I of course had to firstly do the in person verification. Went to one of the suggested casinos and the worker at the desk claimed she had messed up something on my phone which required me to verify on a paper. She insisted i had to fill out all my personal information including my full social. Waited about a week or so with no contact and reached out to support. They said they’d received no paperwork relating to my account and that typically they dont require the full social. Anyway, it was supposed to be escalated, i got a case number. Waited 2 weeks as recommended and got nothing. Called back and apparently my case number didnt exist and there was no escalation. I had to repeat the process again. To cut the long story short I repeated this process several times and got about 4-5 case numbers that never seemed to make any progress. I expressed how worrying it is for an organization to request all that information and “lose” it, but it’s almost like they didn’t care. Eventually, they insisted that i had to return to the same casino for help. I’d moved away. I finally made it back to the same casino and got verified last week. However, the account is still useless because I have deposits disabled and support has me playing the waiting game again. Again, what a real pos William hill has been; save yourself the headache

I’ve been using the brand new William Hill app. I don’t know what to say about it. I liked the old William Hill just because it was easy to use and easy to do betting. I still have it a Five Stars. Not too sure if the other agree with me but it has slot of new betting options and people might see it confusing. It’s not that complicated but it isn’t that simple either. I mean it’s straight forward in betting and all. I’m still giving it a Five Stars. I liked the old William Hill why not that’s why I’m still giving it a Five Star review. I don’t know what the other think of it. It’s still William Hill Sports Book.

App used to be great before the update. Now there’s nothing but issues. Today Thomas the last straw. Had a two teamer on soccer. Inaccurately listed the wrong score for one of them the whole 2nd half so I cashed out under the impression my team was losing, when in fact they were up. Why would I cash out when my team is up 3-2??? Makes no sense. So their inaccurate scores mislead me to cash out. Like no one would cash out when their team just broke a tie.. they’ll say they’re not responsible for the live scores being accurate and will not, WILL NOT pay you out or even void your ticket. Why even show scores in the first place then? Ultimately that just means they can show you whatever score they want and not be held responsible bc they say so. Will never use again after today. Closing account. Beware and good luck!
