I have been ordering the same salad for almost a year. Recently it’s forgotten my order as well as charging an additional $2.50. Ordering in store is super slow, I don’t want to pay an extra $2.50 to use the app.

I second everyone saying bad app, great restaurant. I love Simply Salads! Staff is nice, fast, food is always great. This is the worst food service app I have- glitches terrible with online pay and “lost connection”, which will sometimes double charge. It also never remembers the exact same two salads I order almost weekly- says “no previous orders”. The rewards are nice on the app but that’s about the only feature that has consistently worked for me. If you fixed the glitches this would be a 5/5 from me. Please don’t let this simple solution be the reason I stop coming to the restaurant, and make ‘adding convenience to your customers’ a priority, please.

I order the Thai It Up on the Simply Salad app because I have a limited lunch break time. When I order extra peanuts on the side for protein (I don’t eat meat), the Ladera location removes the peanuts from the regular salad recipe and only gives me the peanuts on the side. Unfortunately, you can’t tell they have done this until you start to eat it back at the office. On last Saturday, I ordered two Thai It Up Salads for me and my husband. My husband is also vegetarian, so I asked for extra peanuts for both salads. Same thing, I get home and no extra peanuts-just peanuts on the side and kale falling out of the bowl.

I love Simply Salad and have an account on their app. Easy to order and convenient. However, I’m unable to log in now. It keeps prompting me to download the new app (which I already have) when I try to reset my password (even though I know I enter the correct one). Simply Salad, please fix this! I would love to keep supporting you AND get access to my rewards! Or make it possible to redeem promo codes and rewards on your website🥲Hoping they find a solution soon!
