American Wear's StarTrac Garment Tracking and Repair App
Use this app to notify us of problems with your American Wear garments.
Use this app to scan your garment's barcode label, or type in your
information. Next, describe the problem. You should include a picture
showing us the problem using your smartphone's camera from inside this
app. When you are finished entering all of the information, press the SUBMIT
button and the information will be sent to us.
Leave your garment for our driver to pick up on his regular schedule.
Picture Problems?: If the app won't accept the picture, try reducing your
camera's resolution. You can do that by opening your smartphone's camera
app and lowering the resolution there. We recommend setting the camera's
resolution to it's highest setting, but not higher than 8 MP if you encounter a
problem.
