• New features in the 'indemnities' section: - Certificate of incapacity of work with amounts: You can download a summary PDF showing the allowances received and the corresponding amounts for a selected period. - Certificate of incapacity for work: You can download a document certifying the period of incapacity for work. - Allowance filters: You can filter allowances received by date (with a maximum history of 3 years) or by payment status. • New feature in the "Request a reimbursement" section: - Search field: You can now search for a specific advantage in the list of Helan advantages.

- Find your reimbursements faster thanks to the new filter. -In the "Indemnities" menu, you have the possibility to declare an incapacity for work, download documents related to your incapacity or declare a full/partial work resumption. - Do you have Dentalia insurance? In the menu "More"-"My extra insurances" you get a clear overview of your consumption, your contribution and you can easily request a reimbursement.

We've made some adjustments to improve performance.

Thank you for using the Helan app. This version again contains some (technical) improvements.

With this new version, your Helan app will work optimally again. Don't forget to take a look at our new digital European Health Insurance Card.

Holidays are coming up and even then we at Helan want to be there for you! That's why from now one you'll find your European Health Insurance Card in the app. This way it’s always at your disposal. All you have to do is install the new version of the app and enjoy your holidays.

Helan is constantly striving to provide you with an effortless service. From now on you can also submit your request for an intervention in the extra insurance (such as Hospitalia and Dentalia) digitally. So download the new (extended and improved) version of the app as soon as possible.

From now on, Partena and OZ form Helan. The MyPartena app has a new look and a new name: My Helan. Log on with your (old) login credentials or create a My Helan account to arrange your health insurance matters safely, quickly and digitally.
