For more detailed benefits information, visit https://www.pshpgeorgia.com/. Note: If you are a Medicaid member outside of Georgia, please find an app that is based in your state. A better app is coming for Peach State Health Plan! Once the switch is finished, the current app will no longer be used, and all your health plan information will be available on the "Health Insurance Portal" app. You’ll get a message telling you when the change is done and how to get the new app. This will be shared through a pop-up message and link in the current Peach State Health Plan app.

Yes, there’s an app that is titled, “Peach State Health Plan;” however, there is nothing in it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and when I click on the icon, it takes me to a blank page with no options whatsoever. Is this a joke? I’d like to use the app for its intended purpose rather than call and sit on hold for an hour waiting for a representative. On a positive note, the reps I’ve spoken with thus far have been nice and knowledgeable. Please fix the app or remove it until it has content.

It works good now except for selecting a PcP their website doesn’t ever work. Georgia tries to inconvenience and deter Medicaid members from using the services down to their gateway and all plan websites are junk. They make you call to select a PCP which can take hours waiting for a rep. This should be looked into by the government because it really is trying to stop people from using Medicaid.

This app is incredibly frustrating I wish I could give it 0 stars. Even when you already have an account, it forces you to register again just to verify, instead of simply logging you in. The website is constantly down, and when you try to call for help, the hold times are ridiculously long. It’s inconvenient, inefficient, and needs serious improvement. They really need to get it together.

This app much like this health plan is a waste of space. Case managers who put words in your mouth and threaten you. An app that does not work. Fake physician listings because nobody will actually accept their insurance. Yep Peach State has all of this. Interestingly PSH can kick you off of their insurance no problem. You ask to change mid-year and they just laugh at you but they will do it if PSH wants to dump you. So glad that this nightmare will end on September 1st.
