you loose or gain like half of mm every day so after a month you have to reconfigure lowest and highest point, which you cannot do without resetting device, which means you have to input wifi password again, then wait it to go to highest point, then lowest point, whole wizard takes time and effort. Also sometimes it just won’t do the schedule…

I’ve been using the app and the motor for a couple years. It works consistently and reliably which is great, but I do wish it was connected to Siri and the home kit.

Great potential, missed the mark

My biggest issue is the app and how Brunt interacts with Alexa. You have to say the exact words with the exact cadence and pitch in order for Brunt to work with Alexa. Even then, it’s a 50/50 shot. I have vertical blinds and I still have to say “raise/lower” in order for it to work. I have a looped string for the blinds and the string constantly slips. I’ve tightened it nearly as tight as a guitar string.
