I love my credit union all the people are always so kind I’ve been with the schools credit union for over 30 years and they’ve always done a fantastic job and helpful. I’ve been with them for over 20 years.
Disappointed! Closing SSSCU bank account soon unless app is updated with this important feature!

So I love the people at Silver State Credit Union. I also like how they are helpful and easy to work with. However I’m not a fan of there quiet machine with a small or no camera that is only available outside their facility where people can easily rob you. Unless you go to a market where their machine is also available but usually broken. And I’m also not a fan of the one feature that’s NOT AVAILABLE on this app, Zelle. Most banks and credit union banks have Zelle built into their apps. I have to use the Zelle app itself to make transfers because this app doesn’t have it intergraded into it. And now that the Zelle app will be no more soon, I’m going to have to switch banks with one that has Zelle built in their apps which is like every other one.If this app doesn’t get Zelle, my family and friends who have silver state credit union will be closing our accounts and moving somewhere else.

Solid app with some good features like Live Support, but I wish there was a way to see how many of your six monthly money transfers you had left in the app. That way you can think twice before moving money to a certain account, I accidentally used all six of my monthly transfers and now I have to wait the whole month to pay off my credit card bills 😳

I’ve had SSSCU since 2008 and I will never switch! I’ve never really had any issues with them and when I did They are always more than happy to help. I’ve had other accounts in other banks throughout the years and nothing compares to SSSCU! LOVE THEM!
