Description
The Mobi by Shaw Go app is your best tool for using bike share in Vancouver. Our classic bikes and e-bikes can be unlocked from one station and returned to any other station in the system, making bike share ideal for getting around the city. Use the app to sign up, find real time availability of bikes and docks, check your account details, and get directions to the nearest station.
From the app, you can purchase Pay Per Ride, 24 Hour, 30 Day, and 365 Day (annual) passes.
You’ll find Mobi by Shaw Go stations conveniently located near designated bike routes, commercial centres, and public transportation hubs including SkyTrain stations. Use it to commute, run errands, or explore the city!

Ratings and Reviews
Unusable
The app is unusable. We stood at a bike rack for 15 minutes fighting with your app trying to rent a bike but it continuously froze. 3 other potential customers were also standing there also trying to rent bikes but swearing at their phones commenting how bad the app is. We all gave up and walked or took cars. I am not being dramatic when I say that this app is an embarrassment to the city of Vancouver
MOBI FLOPPP
So basically, Mobi is a flop app. She wouldn’t work at all, we tried so many times. She literally is unusable, and ignored me and my homegirls all night. I’m done with her, I also heard her talking smack about Citibikes, and you don’t mess with my girls from Appleton, WI!
I’m not done. Mobi literally called me fat when I sat on the bike. Im only 280lbs girl!! That’s not fat!! She body shamed me and my friend. I can’t do this anymore. She’s blocked.
Useless and broken
After standing at a bike for 10 minutes trying to log in and register, I gave up and walked. The app has multiple screens that do nothing when you try to continue. I tried to give you my money but sadly the app didn’t support the most basic feature of signing up.
